EVENT & VENDOR PRODUCT RULES:

We want to create a positive and inviting atmosphere for everyone involved, so all vendors should strive to maintain a respectful market environment. Items with vulgarity, nudity, or drug paraphernalia are strictly prohibited. This is a family-friend event, and we want to ensure that it remains enjoyable for all attendees. Due to the current climate, political merchandise will not be permitted.

Market vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance. The market does not carry insurance on the vendors.

To ensure the safety of shoppers and minimize tripping hazards, all items - including chairs, tables, and products - must remain completely within the vendor's designated booth area. If your displays or merchandise protrude outside of your boundary you will be required to make adjustments. Vendor displays/merchandise must all be in place 10 minutes before the market opens and must remain in place until the event officially ends at the time specified in the market information and within the vendor group. Vendors are responsible for taking down and removing their equipment within 75 minutes after the event concludes. Vendor spaces must be completely cleared of all trash/debris.

All vendors are required to have a canopy tent appropriate for the size of their space. All tents must be property secured with stakes and weights on every corner of the tent. Additionally, all tables must be covered with floor-length tablecloths.

Vendors are responsible for collection their own sales tax.

Due to potential allergies and fear issues among shoppers and other vendors, pets are not allowed at the market.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the market area; however, it is permitted outside of the gated area. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in one of the provided cigarette receptacles.
